The fitness room was great, though one day there were too many mosquitoes because the window was open all day. Breakfast was excellent—nothing was missing. The bathroom lighting was a bit poor, but the bedroom had a large mirror for hair and such. No animals, dust, or dirt in the room. Parquet flooring—allergy friendly. Staff were very nice and obliging. The price is higher than other 4-star hotels, but Hilton maintains a constant standard, and for that, the value is good. A pool is missing, which we note as a minus. Otherwise, a good choice for a Florence stay.”
